Each individual is permitted to hold only one phgolden account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. phgolden uses technical and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, phgolden reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any balances, and permanently ban the individual from the platform.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. phgolden will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify phgolden immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
phgolden is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is complete.
Your phgolden account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any other person.
phgolden accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). phgolden does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all payment methods used must be registered in your own name.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. There is no maximum deposit limit, though phgolden reserves the right to apply transaction limits at its discretion for compliance or risk management purposes. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited to your phgolden account instantly. Bank transfers may take a few minutes to process depending on the sending institution.

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, phgolden reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. phgolden will not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original stake.
phgolden is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnections, device failures, or other connectivity issues on the player's side. Players are advised to ensure a stable internet connection before placing bets, particularly in live casino and in-play sports betting environments.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phgolden platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the phgolden platform without prior written consent from phgolden.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phgolden shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
phgolden's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phgolden account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phgolden does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude phgolden's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
phgolden reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if phgolden reasonably believes that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive. Upon termination for cause, phgolden may forfeit any bonus balances and, where fraud or illegal activity is established, may also withhold real-money balances pending investigation.
You may close your phgolden account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
phgolden reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, phgolden will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the phgolden platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.2.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
In the event of a dispute between you and phgolden, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Where a dispute relates to the fairness of a game outcome or the application of PAGCOR regulations, the matter may also be referred to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) in accordance with its applicable dispute resolution procedures.
